I am a certified management consultant in human capital development and social sustainability, as well as an academic fellow in management consulting with the International Council of Management Consulting Institutes (ICMCI). I am also an associate professor (adjunct) in learning and development (L&D), organisational development (OD) & talent management (TM).
Organizational development, change, transformation, and innovation using AI are my areas of interest.
I am happy to openly share with users how ESG knowledge and skills will enable them to support their organizations in being more sustainable as a business moving forward.
I have been consulting and coaching in the human capital development space for almost 40 years, and have been interested in the social aspect of sustainability in particular. Focusing on sustainability is the way to go in terms of designing and implementing ESG strategies, programmes and initiatives.
I advise my clients on all human/people aspects of sustainability. I am particularly adept at cultivating ESG leadership skills for transitioning to a sustainable business.
Changing mindsets to drive sustainability is often the challenge, and I overcome this by influencing people's thinking and framing their behaviour using the MindPowered coaching approach. The MindPowered method helps to chart the way of thinking, to map out strategies for implementation in projects to innovate, transform and develop organisations. It harnesses ESG components to guide leadership towards a holistic and integrated transition to sustainable business.
I am most proud of my learning and development experience in assisting individuals and organisations to transform their performance and business agility.
